Shipping
Items vary in time depending on size and complexity, and so can be next day delivery on items with short print times or items in Stock to 10+ days if the items are large. If not in stock, you can enquire about an estimated dispatch time before you place your order.
We use a combination of Royal Mail and DPD.
We offer combined postage on the entire order; alternatively, we can split the order into separate shipments if some items are ready before others for an additional postage cost.
If an order gets lost in the post, we will send a replacement and rush the order out to minimise the wait time.
If selected in the shipping options at checkout, we will issue a tracking number, or if the order is over £100, we will use tracked shipping.
Yes, item delivery times are cautious about allowing for failed prints or issues in production.
Yes, we offer next day delivery for items in stock or models with short print times.
No, we do not have a physical shop and so collections are not possible.

3D Printing

We use a combination of Prusa and Creality FDM 3d printers. All of our 3d Printed Terrain are printed on the FDM 3d Printers.
We use a combination of Elegoo Mars and Saturn Resin SLA printers. All of our 3d Printed Miniatures are printed on these highly detail Resin SLA Printers.
Out central Filament we use is ESUN PLA+, but we use over brands due to current supply issues in the UK.
We use Elegoo Resin
For FDM printers, we use Prusaslicer, and for Resin, we use Chitubox.
Cancellations & Returns

Orders can be cancelled up to the point of delivery unless it is a custom order.
Get in contact straight away via our Print Issue Form. We will need to see a photo of the issue, and we will send out a replacement, no need to return the faulty product. Please read our Terms & Conditions page for more details.

Yes, most products can be scaled up or down; please enquire for pricing.
Yes and no, depending on the type of colour and size of the model, please send an enquiry. There will be slightly higher as we buy Grey at a discount as we order in bulk.
Due to the number of different models we offer we hold printed available stock for only the most frequently purchased items. Non-3D printed items we order in, and we can provide individual times when we believe we can restock these items.
Yes, you can opt into a regular newsletter that lets you know the latest model releases.
3D Printing is the melting of plastic filament and rapidly cooling it in the desired location, which creates the items. This is a slow process but gives excellent results.
Resin Printing uses a liquid resin, which hardens (Cures) when UV light is focused on it.
We use PLA+ for our 3D printing, a renewable plant-based plastic material.
If you have a 3D object that you would like us to print, we can offer this service; just send us an enquiry for pricing.
We do not offer a custom design service, but we might be able to source a model, so please inquire.
No, we do not have a catalogue but offer a regular newsletter on new models.
Payments
We accept all major credit, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal payments.
No, we don’t accept cheques.
No, we currently do not offer gift cards but we plan to later this year.

Yes, we can issue you an invoice on request
Currently, we are not VAT registered.
We outsource all payment processing to PayPal and Stripe who are validated PCI DSS third parties therefore no card payment details are retained by our website.
