Delivery & Returns

We offer:

Free Standard Delivery (1-5 Business Days) on all orders over £30 – Free

Standard Delivery (1-5 Business Days) – £5.95

As we individually 3D Print every order you make, items vary in time depending on size and complexity. This means you may receive next day delivery on items with short print times or items in stock, to 10+ days if the items are large. If not in stock, you can enquire about an estimated dispatch time before you place your order.

Orders received for items that we hold in stock (i.e do not require printing) before 12 noon will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be despatched the next day.

Wherever possible, goods will be despatched by Royal Mail or DHL unless otherwise requested.

All orders despatched whose total value exceeds £100 are sent via tracked shipping and require a signature. If no one is in to accept delivery, a neighbour may be asked to accept the delivery and to sign for it. If unable to deliver to your address, a card will be left with instructions. No delivery will be left without a signature. Whenever a courier service is used, delivery may be made at any time between 08.30 and 17.30.

Please note that there may be slight delays during busy periods.


At Forged Terrain we want to ensure you are delighted every time order a model through us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from Forged Terrain and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the purchase date.

You can email us at hello@forgedterrain.co.uk to request a refund and arrange the return of your purchased items.

Returns & Refunds For Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, please get in contact straight away via our Print Issue Form. We will need to see a photo of the issue, and we will send out a replacement, no need to return the faulty product.

Goods damaged in transit or not received on the expected delivery day must be reported to Forged Terrain via email by 12 noon on the day following the actual/expected delivery date. Claims made outside this time frame cannot be considered. You can email us to report damaged or missing items at hello@forgedterrain.co.uk
