Thank you for visiting and shopping at Forged Terrain! We specialize in high-quality physical miniature models and terrain pieces. 

### Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Because our items are custom printed-to-order, processing times may slightly vary depending on order volume. Automated tracking links will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

### Domestic & International Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide from our UK workshop. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

* **United Kingdom (Domestic):** £4.00 Flat Rate (Standard Shipping, 5–8 business days). Free Shipping on domestic orders of £35.00 and up.
* **Europe:** £15.00 Flat Rate (8–15 business days). Free Shipping on European orders of £150.00 and up.
* **International (Rest of World):** £25.00 Flat Rate (8–15 business days). Free Shipping on international orders of £200.00 and up.

### Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Forged Terrain is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

### Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us directly via email with photos of the damaged packaging or components so we can quickly arrange a replacement for you.
